Jim presents business valuation seminars to CPAs and attorneys. He has presented a classic course for three different CPA state societies and has developed two of his own courses which have been presented to members of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. The courses were extremely well received. {Click here for details of course content and participant response.}

Jim is available to present business valuation seminars to groups of interested attorneys. As previously mentioned, Jim has developed two business valuation courses for attorneys. The first course, "Business Valuations in the Context of Business and Estate Planning," will benefit corporate and estate planning attorneys. The course examines numerous valuation issues with an emphasis on valuation discounts, perhaps the hottest area in the business valuation area. The second course, "Business Valuations in the Context of Equitable Distribution," will benefit family-law attorneys who practice in Pennsylvania.

Jim is available to present either or both of these courses at your office without charge. If you are interested in obtaining continuing legal education credits, that can also be arranged. Jim is the President of Pennsylvania Association for Continuing Education (PACE), a non-profit agency that provides Continuing Legal Education credits to attorneys who attend business valuation seminars. There are some restrictions which Jim would be glad to discuss with you.
